Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your membership.

1. 14-DAY REFUND ON YOUR FIRST PAYMENT

If you are not happy, email support@soccerdraws.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per person. We reply within 3 business days.

• The refund goes back to the Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal account you paid with, through our payment partner (Creem for Card payments, Steady for PayPal). It can take a few business days to appear.
• When a payment is refunded, your membership ends straight away, together with your access to the members-only tools. Your free account stays open.

2. LATER PAYMENTS

Later monthly payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time so that you are not charged again. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

3. IF WE CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT

If we close a paid account without a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused part of the current month.

4. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Our payment partners Creem and Steady are based in the European Union, so you may also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, as explained at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits that right or any other right you have under consumer law.
